What is Mindfulness Meditation Technique?

Types of Mindfulness Meditation Techniques


1.Body scan meditation:- 

•Mostly it is done by lying down, but you can use any posture you are comfortable in practicing the technique.

•This meditation involves your bodily sensations in a mindful way step by step process. 

•You also begin to discover how quickly your attention changes off to other thoughts and how to be kind to yourself.

2  Movement meditation:-

•Unlike any other physical exercise. This type of meditation mainly focuses on your bodily sensations, breathing and mindfully watching and letting coming out of whatever thoughts and emotions arise as you practice. 

•Slow walking meditation is another option used in movement meditation.


3. Breathing space meditation:- 

•A short and it is roughly three-minute meditation.

•Do this practice whenever you experience a highly stressful situation 

•The idea is to create a mindful awareness through this technique.

•This approach  be much more useful  in a scientific way 


4. Awareness meditation: -

•This meditation usually called it sitting meditation, but it can be practiced in any position. 

•The meditation involves focusing on your breath, body, sounds, thoughts, and feelings, and finally developing an open awareness of whatever is most predominant in your consciousness.
